How a Nashville-Inspired Sales Meeting Reenergized a World-wide Sales Team
In a fast-moving, highly regulated industry, this pharmaceutical organization needed more than a standard sales meeting—they needed energy, unity, and clarity. Hosted in Nashville, the three-day event brought 300 attendees together around a music-driven theme designed to spark momentum for new product launches. We led end-to-end production, from creative theme development to staging, video, and lighting, while assigning dedicated producers to support 12 breakout sessions. The result was a cohesive, high-impact experience that aligned divisions, elevated engagement, and set a confident tone for what comes next.
