How Equitable Used Experience Design to Ignite Momentum Across Its Advisor Network

Equitable’s National Leaders Forum brought advisors together to celebrate achievement, explore future opportunity, and strengthen partnership across the organization. Designed around the theme Ignite & Inspire, the experience used custom branding, immersive graphics, and a cutting-edge set design to reinforce both recognition and forward momentum. The venue itself became a storytelling tool, highlighting advisor accomplishments while creating a cohesive environment that supported connection, inspiration, and shared direction throughout the program.
