Baird Re:Union
How we made 9,000 people not feel like a crowd.
For Baird’s inaugural Re:Union Symposium, we partnered to deliver a signature experience centered on gratitude, recognition, and community. With 8,000 attendees in person and more than 1,000 joining virtually, the challenge was scale without distance. Hosted at the Baird Center in Milwaukee, the program combined immersive scenic design, synchronized lighting, motion graphics, and broadcast-level execution. It created intimacy across a cavernous venue and ensuring a seamless, unified experience for every audience member.
Bringing together people from the community, Kaleidoscope used a city block to create moments of delight and discovery.
